Managing Director and Founder
Maritza Tein is the founder and Director at Infinite Consulting and is focussed on the key operations and governance of the business. Maritza brings with her decades of business entrepreneurship across varying industries and roles including recruitment operations; technology start-ups; and property development and investment businesses in Australia and the Americas. Maritza has had the opportunity to work across both Government and Commercial sectors worldwide.
Maritza is passionate with developing strong professional relationships and takes pride in our ethical standards while building trust, integrity and a legacy for our community.
Scott Hendy
Director - Head of Business Development
Scott is a business development professional with a proven record in driving growth and business results for government and commercial organisations. Scott leads our business development for both our Consulting and Recruitment businesses. Scott is passionate about streamlining processes, reducing costs, and enhancing organisational performance.
Scott enjoys engaging with stakeholders, identifying opportunities, and building successful partnerships. He is dedicated to understanding our clients' needs and aligning their priorities with strategies that deliver outcomes.
Jeff Melmoth
Managing Consultant
Jeff Melmoth is our Managing Consultant focussed on our Recruitment business and delivery teams. Jeff has vast experience, recruiting in the ICT contractor market since 2000. He has extensive experience with large multi-national companies, national and locally owned companies. Jeff has successfully recruited for roles across the broad spectrum of ICT including CIO, CTO, senior program management, technical specialists to service desk agents for Federal Government departments and agencies as well as private sector and not for profit organisations.
Adding value and making a difference for our candidates and clients by delivering quality recruitment processes is what makes Jeff enthusiastic and passionate about recruiting.

Varsha is a dynamic and results-driven leader who started her journey with Infinite Consulting in 2012. She is an experienced professional with decades of experience working in Recruitment and HR.
Varsha has gained a strong understanding of the ICT Labour Hire market and has had the opportunity to work for large multi-national global IT companies and Australian private companies supporting Australian Federal Government.
She values developing long term candidate and client engagements; based on integrity and honesty at all levels, maintaining confidentiality, building trust and credibility in her interactions.

Symmone has decades of experience in ICT recruitment specialising in Labour Hire within Federal Government. She has experience across all facets of recruitment including: Account Management, Contractor Care, Workforce Management, Finance Support. She has also a great track record with Permanent recruitment.
Symmone brings a holistic and mature approach to recruitment and strives to provide a professional, ethical and transparent recruitment experience.

Shakira has over 15 years’ experience in the Recruitment Industry as a Recruitment Trainer, Account Manager and Recruitment Consultant working with both Government and Private organisations Australia wide.

Jade Chin is our Finance Manager for our Consulting Services business and is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with a career spanning renowned organisations such as Arthur Andersen, Deloitte, TNT, BlueScope Steel, and AbbVie. With a proven track record in the finance, accounting and audit sector, she brings a wealth of expertise to the table.
Jade's diverse background showcases her proficiency in financial analysis, risk management, and strategic decision-making. Notably, Jade thrives in collaborative team environments, demonstrating her ability to foster synergistic efforts among colleagues in achieving optimal business outcomes and navigating complex financial landscapes.
Nathan Tein
National Technology Manager
Nathan provides our IT solution support for our technology stack at Infinite. From our Office Automation, ERP, Accounting, device management, website support to our Cyber coverage, Nathan is our expert. Nathan is passionate on providing best in class technology to our agile and growing business.
Nathan is also completing his degree in Aerospace Engineering and is an avid and competitive global e-sports athlete.
